Who Am I
We like to compartmentalize things. Yes, there are benefits for “a place for everything and everything in its place”, but not at the expense of fragmentation. We are whole beings; we feel, we think and we act. We can’t expect to accomplish anything without utilizing it all. I am an integrator. And it is my business to know how to do that and help you do the same.
A few years ago, I found myself heading out, moving from a familiar landscape towards a new and unchartered territory. As a woman in my fifties I had to adapt to a new country and a new culture. And as a Creative Arts Therapist who had been employed by a community agency, I now had to adapt to my choosing to be an entrepreneur and learn about the culture and the language and customs of being a business woman.
I am the proud owner of Creative Arts Therapies Services. I have pulled together over 30 years of learning and experience and have created a framework and approach that can enable my clients to grow, develop, and achieve personal and professional success.
